What we collect

Our AI trip builder guides you through a short conversation to capture:

Destination — where you want to go, or a region if you are flexible

Group type — incentive trip, corporate retreat, destination event, etc.

Travel style — adventure, luxury, wellness, cultural, etc.

Dates — when you are planning to travel

Group size — approximate headcount

Budget — per person budget range

Experiences — specific activities or priorities for your group

How long it takes

Most briefs take 3 to 5 minutes to complete through the conversational builder.

What happens after

Once your brief is saved, we immediately search our marketplace and surface the closest matching programs. If no strong matches exist, we will connect you with a planner who can build a custom program from scratch.

Can I edit my brief?

Yes — you can refine your brief at any time by starting a new conversation in the trip builder.
